If you could walk in my shoes,
You would see, I paid my dues,
I worked hard my whole life through,
Even though, I no longer do.
You would see how hard I tried.
You would see how hard I cried.
Can’t you see my condition is real,
Even though you can’t see what I feel.

- Thank you for visiting my website - I am glad you are here!
- On this site I like to provide some basic information about the amazing modality called Walking In Your Shoes: introducing the founders of it, talking about what it is (in a nutshell), outlining how it is done and pointing at the many ways one can benefit from it. I have been facilitating workshops - offline and online - for several years and have been using WIYS for my own personal development and transformation for a long time.
- I feel it is now more important than ever for more people to know about this work and at the same time being able to access and experience it. Having relocated to Asheville, NC, in the recent past, I have created a MeetUp group called ASK - Asheville Somatic Knowing - and people can join this group at any time. It currently hosts a weekly meeting of 2 hours and it is completely free.
- Besides that I am planning to offer more workshops - again online and soon in-person as well - on a wider basis. So in case you're intrested, please visit the events page to check out what is currently scheduled. I am also more than happy to tailor a workshop to your (or your group's) needs, like an introductionary workshop or perhaps a special theme you would like to cover and explore using WIYS.
- I'd like to point you towards a collaboration of mine with friend and collaborator Jeannie McKenzie: The Sound Voyagers! We have plans to offer some day-long retreats, combining Chi Gung & Plant Sensing, Sound Healing, and Walking In Your Shoes and possibly more. Last but not least, we are also offering House & Land Energy Clearings, utilizing a variety of energy healing techniques, the sound and vibration of didgeridoos and singing bowls, and WIYS.
